It allows organisations to setup contacts with communication channel preferences (sms, instant messaging, phone calls, email), and create workflows for different scenarios. Rapid Alert, on receiving a trigger, initiates a predefined workflow, sending and receiving messages according to the per-contact communication preferences, and produces reports in real time.
