RapidAlert is an online tool for automated communication workflow. It allows organisations to setup contacts with communication channel preferences (sms, instant messaging, phone calls, email), and create workflows for different scenarios. Rapid Alert, on receiving a trigger, initiates a predefined workflow, sending and receiving messages according to the per-contact communication preferences, and produces reports in real time.
